More and more initiatives of Urban Knitting come to life in our country!
In March the Garibaldi bridge in Cesenatico is tinged with a thousand colors of fabrics, knitted or crocheted, born to fight the fog and greyness thanks to the project of "Un mare di lana".
To coat the bridge have been used about 40 kg of wool: for five months 70 women of all ages were able to rediscover the pleasure of knitting and made available their art and creativity. This guerrilla Knitting contest is also designed with the aim to celebrate the International Women's Day.
Certainly we are going to hear more about Urban Knitting in Cesenatico! Happy hooking!
